Cancellation policy

All items from Crisania Neri are sold as one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscription products.

You may request a change or cancellation of your order before it has been packed or a shipping label has been created. To do so, please contact us using the contact form as soon as possible with your order number.

Once your order is being prepared, has a shipping label, or has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, your order will be handled according to our standard return and refund policy.
